How long has Shop Blu Icon been in business?

Shop Blu icon debuted April 2018. However, Shop Blu icon formerly named, Blu Ivory boutique started in May 2010, so we've been around a while :-)

What form of payment do you take?

We accept AfterPay, Zip, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

My order is not going through, what do I do?

Please make sure your billing and shipping address is the same as the address that's listed with your financial institution and that your account has sufficient funds to cover the order. If you continue to have issues please either contact us through the live chat button, telephone number or by email.

Are items in stock or preorder items?

All items on our website are in stock and ready to ship unless noted as a preorder. Any delays in items will be posted via our website, by email or social media sites.

Do you restock items?

We try to keep things fresh so we don't usually restock items unless the request for restocking is demanding. If an item is due for a restock, notifications will be posted on our social media site or sent out in our email newsletters so be sure to sign up.

I saw an item on social media, where is it on the site?

To keep your shopping experience satisfying, we remove all sold out items from the platform. However, if there's a restock, the item will be republished.  

Can I cancel or add to my order?

Unfortunately, we can not cancel or add to an order once processed because the order is automatically captured. However, you can return the item if you like for an exchange or credit. 

How do I return an item?

Please visit our return policy at the bottom of our website. The return policy is also at the bottom of the checkout page.

How do I use my store credit or enter a discount code?

When you reach the checkout page, click order summary and there you'll be able to enter the store credit or discount code.
