How long is order processing?

Please allow up to 2 business day for order processing. Most of the time, it's sooner. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Which shipping service do you use?

Currently, we ship through UPS and USPS, which is your choice at checkout. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number that you can use to track your package.

My order says ship but I can't track it, what now?*

After you receive your tracking number please allow up to 48 hours for UPS or USPS to update your tracking number. In the event it has been longer than 48 hours, please reach out to us at with your order number 

*Please be aware that once the carrier takes possession of your order, we no longer have control over their operations. If your package has exceeded the expected arrival date, kindly initiate an inquiry on the carrier's website or feel free to contact us for assistance.

*If you are accustomed to a particular carrier and their delivery timeframe has worked for, please choose that carrier.
