When does my order ship?

Orders placed before 12 pm EST. Ship the same day on in-stock items. Orders placed after 12 pm EST. Ship the next business day (excluding holidays)

Which shipping service do you use?

Currently, we ship through USPS. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number that you can use to track your package using 

My order says ship but I can't track it on USPS, what now?

After you receive your tracking number please allow up to 48 hours for USPS to update your tracking number. In the event it has been longer than 48 hours, please reach out to us at with your order number 

On USPS website it says delivery attempt, what do I do?

If your order required an adult signature and the shipper wasn't able to obtain one, you would then need to pick up your package from your local post office or contact USPS for re-delivery

On USPS website it says there's been a delay, what does that mean?

After your order has left our shipping warehouse, we do not have control over the shipper delays. Please keep in mind there may be weather constraints, transportation issues etc. that could cause delays. usually, USPS will have the reason for any delays posted on the USPS website
