How long is order processing?
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. We ship Tuesday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Which shipping service do you use?
We ship using UPS and USPS, which you choose at checkout. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number that you can use to track your package.
My order says ship, but I can't track it. What now?*
After you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for UPS or USPS to update your tracking number. In the event it has been longer than 48 hours, please reach out to us at shopbluicon@gmail.com with your order number
*Please be aware that once the carrier takes possession of your order, we no longer have control over when the order will arrive. If your package has exceeded the expected arrival date, kindly inquire on the carrier's website or contact us for assistance.
*If you are accustomed to a particular carrier and their delivery timeframe has worked for you, please choose that carrier.
