Returns – Shop Blu Icon


 Please, do not send items back without emailing us for approval.

Only regular priced items can be returned 
(Sales; revamp sale, blowout sale etc. are not returnable)
- Items purchased using a store credit are not returnable
- Accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, and the sale section are not returnable
We do not offer refunds. We offer store credits on returns. 
Customers have seven (7) days after receiving their order to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by after receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return.

Returns should be returned back to us within 10 days after the return approval.

Orders returned later than the stated timeframe will be refused and sent back to you.

To be eligible for a return

Your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it in, with tags attached, if applicable.

To complete your return, please send us an email at with your order number in the subject field (If you haven't received a response within 2 business days, please send a second email as some emails go into the spam folder)

Once your return is received and inspected (3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and include your store credit code.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We (Shop Blu icon) reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order that’s associated with fraud or serial returning.
