Customers have seven (7) days after receiving their order to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by after receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale/promotional items cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the Shop Blu icon tag attached.
We do not accept intimate items back due to sanitary reasons (bodysuits, swimsuits etc.)

To complete your return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject field. We require that you include a receipt or proof of purchase when you send the item back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, at that time you would reply if you would like an exchange or a credit
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s)*. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*the customer is also responsible for paying a reship fee. Once received we'll email you with instructions on paying for reshipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
