Returns – Shop Blu Icon



We do not offer refunds. We offer store credits on returns. However, we will refund in the event of a cancellation or out of stock item.
-Customers have seven (7) days after receiving their order to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by after receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit.

-Returns should be returned back to us within 10 days after the return approval.

*orders returned later than the stated timeframe will be refused and sent back to you.

Only regular priced items can be returned.

*Sale items are final sale

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the Shop Blu icon tag attached.

-We do not accept intimate items back due to sanitary reasons (bodysuits, swimsuits etc.) or all white items.

-To complete your return, please send us an email at with your order number in the subject field. We require that you include a receipt or proof of purchase when you send the item back.

-Once your return is received and inspected (3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and include your store credit code.

-You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s)*. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We (Shop Blu icon) reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order that’s associated with fraud or serial returning.
